By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

HomeDecorAI is an AI-powered interior and exterior design visualization platform that allows users to upload images and generate digitally enhanced design transformations.

The Services may include:

• AI-generated room redesigns
   
• Account-based credit systems
   
• Device-based daily credits
   
• Paid subscription plans
   
• Cloud storage of uploaded images
   

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

If you create an account:

• You agree to provide accurate information.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
   
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

HomeDecorAI may offer:

• Daily device-based credits
   
• Account-based credits
   
• Paid credit packages or subscriptions
   

Credits:

• Have no cash value
   
• Are non-transferable
   
• May expire or reset according to the app’s functionality
   
• Are subject to modification at our discretion
   

Abuse of the credit system may result in suspension or termination of access.

Certain features may require payment through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store.

• All payments are processed by Apple or authorized payment providers.
   
• Subscription renewals are managed through the App Store.
   
• Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.
   

We do not directly store payment card information.

You retain ownership of images you upload.

By uploading content, you grant One TB Trading Inc. a non-exclusive, limited license to:

• Store
   
• Process
   
• Display
   
• Modify
   

such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to upload the content.
   
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
   

AI-generated designs are provided for visualization purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Structural feasibility
   
• Construction accuracy
   
• Building code compliance
   
• Professional design certification
   

Users should consult qualified professionals before making structural modifications to any property.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
   
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
   
• Circumvent credit limitations
   
• Upload illegal or infringing content
   
• Interfere with service infrastructure
   

Violation may result in immediate termination.

All software, technology, design elements, logos, and branding associated with the Services are owned by One TB Trading Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if:

• These Terms are violated
   
• Fraudulent activity is detected
   
• System abuse occurs
   

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of AI outputs
   
• Availability of service
   
• Error-free performance
   

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One TB Trading Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
   
• Loss of data
   
• Loss of profits
   
• Property damage resulting from reliance on AI-generated designs
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One TB Trading Inc. from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Your uploaded content
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
